Keepers Holiday Cottage - 3 Bedrooms

Set in a quiet corner of Pearl Lake Country Holiday Park, Keepers Cottage is a beautifully updated 19th-century stone retreat, once home to the gamekeeper of the historic Bateman Estate. With the lake just a short walk away and the golf course right on your doorstep, it’s a relaxed spot for laid-back get-togethers with friends or family.

The living areas are full of character, from the formal dining room to the cosy lounge with a faux woodburner and large TV. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with a six-seater table, American-style fridge/freezer and air fryer to make mealtimes easy.

The cottage sleeps up to six across three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, each with storage and its own TV. The master bedroom overlooks the fairway, and there’s a large family bathroom upstairs, a second shower room downstairs, and a handy utility area to make longer stays easy.

Outside, the private rear garden is perfect for unwinding, and parking is just a few steps away. With central heating, double glazing, and towels and linen included, Keepers Cottage is a great base all year round. 

Guests enjoy free access to fishing and golf, with walks, woodland trails and Shobdon village close by.

• Pets: We don’t accept pets in Keepers Cottage, but we can’t guarantee it has never hosted pets (e.g., guide dogs).
• Facilities: You have free use of the facilities and activities at Pearl Lake, including golf and fishing. You’re welcome to use the amenities at our other parks too, but fishing may have a small extra charge.
